Scan the QR code posted at a bike rack to open a rack-specific page where riders can log in with their fingerprint or register in under a minute. This welcome page is dedicated to administrators who oversee racks, users, and activity logs.
For riders at the rack
To unlock or manage a rack, stand at the rack and scan the QR sticker on the hardware. The QR code opens a rack-specific page where you can:
- Log in using your fingerprint on the connected reader
- Register a new account with your name and contact number
- Use the same fingerprint at any supported rack in the network
Riders do not log in on this welcome page. Always start at the rack's QR code.
For administrators
Use your admin credentials to access a dedicated dashboard where you can manage racks, users, and activity logs.
- Monitor rack status: available, occupied, or offline
- Review and manage registered riders and their contact details
- Track login and logout events at every rack in real time
